My Fellow Exporter Colleagues,
I know that due to Corona, the festival of Holi had faded little this time, but the situation is becoming the worst now a day and you all are well aware of the news that is coming from all over the world.
In China, Europe and America after wreaking havoc, this deadly corona is showing very fast effect in your own country. Developed countries like China, Europe and America have surrender themself and not been able to stop it and this situation can be very frightening if the population of our 130 crores where the means are not yet fully developed.
Our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi ji has given a special guidance in his message and Honorable Chief Minister Uttar Pradesh Shri Yogi Aditya Nath and the whole country is alert and cautious.
Keeping in the view of the above circumstances in mind, I think that as an exporter and responsible citizen, it is our moral duty to protect our health, family and the employees and weavers working under you in view of their responsibility and this epidemic.
Therefore, I urge you with the most humble request to keep your factory / factories and your office closed for at least 15 days while postponing up your program and again request you that the employees / weavers under you should supported with at least one month’s salary as a help. Because if the employee and your society and country and family remain intact, then the future will also be safe.
Carpet Export Promotion Council (CEPC), Government of India and State Governments are aware about the losses of exporters in this hour of crisis and are committed and striving to help them in every possible way.
With these above sentiments, I appeal that while taking strong decisions and steps in the interest of the country and society, please ensure the above we action.
